Taylor Wallace serves as Chief Growth & Strategy Officer at Pet Resort Hospitality Group, where he leads corporate development, growth strategy, and brand expansion across the company’s portfolio of pet resorts. Prior to joining PRHG, Taylor spent over a decade building and scaling technology startups before transitioning into the pet services industry. In 2020, he partnered with longtime friend and PRHG Vice President of Operations, Michael Mayleben, to co-found Paws ‘n’ Rec, which they grew into a four-location business in Tampa, Florida before partnering with PRHG. Today, Taylor focuses on acquisitions, strategic growth initiatives, and building the marketing and brand infrastructure that supports PRHG’s expanding national platform.
