Madison Velez serves as Director of Marketing at Pet Resort Hospitality Group, where she leads brand strategy, marketing initiatives, and cross-platform campaigns across the organization’s portfolio. Prior to joining PRHG in this role, Madison served as Client Relations and Marketing Director for Paws ’n’ Rec, where she played a key role in strengthening customer engagement, growing brand awareness, and supporting the resort’s expansion. She brings a strong understanding of both brand storytelling and on-the-ground operations, helping connect marketing strategy to meaningful guest experiences.
