Jason is an experienced operating executive with a track record of leading large, multi-site service organizations. Prior to joining PRHG, he led operations at Pet Paradise, overseeing more than 55 resorts and 2,000 team members nationwide. Earlier in his career at Walmart, he managed complex international retail operations with more than 8,000 employees under his leadership, building deep expertise in operational excellence, team development, and customer experience.
