These five new locations mark a significant milestone for PRHG as it grows its national footprint and continues its mission of delivering best-in-class pet care across the United States.
Founded in 2009 by Michelle Pollack, Bark-A-Bout is a state-of-the-art pet resort located in Shelby Township, Michigan. The facility spans an impressive 30,000 square feet and is known for offering luxury dog boarding, structured enrichment daycare, fear-free grooming, professional training, and even heated indoor aquatics. Bark-A-Bout’s commitment to a clean, secure, and nurturing environment is reflected in their “Paw’losophy”, which emphasizes personalized attention, highly trained staff, and a low-stress experience for every pet guest. Pollack is joining PRHG as an owner operator and will support PRHG’s expansion across the Midwest.

Canine To Five, founded in 2005 by entrepreneur Liz Blondy, is a beloved Detroit-area institution with locations in Midtown Detroit, Ferndale, Commerce Township, and Eastside Detroit. With a focus on safety, enrichment, and community, Canine To Five provides top-tier services including off-leash dog daycare, overnight boarding with overnight staff present, full-service grooming, Puppy Preschool, and enrichment-based activities. Known for their transparency and high standards of care, the team maintains live webcams, climate-controlled facilities, and certified dog-first-aid responders to ensure the safety and comfort of every pup. Blondy is retiring from the business but shared, “Pet Resort Hospitality Group brings a fresh pair of eyes to the business I spent twenty years building.
